2. Data we collect
When you visit our website: our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser type and operating system (server log files). We use this data only to run the website securely and to detect technical problems.

When we organise a trip: the data needed to prepare and book the services, such as names of travellers, travel dates, room and service preferences, special requests and, where required by a hotel or service provider, identity document details.
Medical services: when we coordinate a stay in a Swiss clinic, we may process health-related information. We only do so with the explicit consent of the person concerned and only to the extent strictly necessary.
3. Why we use your data
- to answer your requests and send you quotations;
- to prepare, book and follow up the services requested (hotels, transfers, excursions, medical services, etc.);

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interests (running our business and our website), your consent (for example for health data), and our legal obligations.
4. Who receives your data
We only share personal data when it is necessary for the purposes above, in particular with:

Data needed for a booking is therefore transferred to service providers in these countries, which offer an adequate level of data protection according to the Swiss Federal Council. Some technical services mentioned below (Google, Meta) may involve transfers to the United States; these companies are certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or use standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Booking and accounting documents are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss law. Server log files are deleted after a short period, usually within a few weeks.
